Riley Pint

For those who do not follow baseball or the draft, let me introduce you to the talented Riley Pint. Riley is a high school pitcher from the Kansas City area. His fastball hits 100 mph. His secondary pitches are all plus pitches. This Thursday, he is expected to get drafted within the first five to 10 picks in the 2016 Major League Baseball Draft.

Yeah, he’s good!

Back in April, Riley spent an afternoon with us for a video interview as well as a photo shoot at Liberty Park in downtown Kansas City. Liberty Park hosted the Royals’ World Series celebration less than a year ago. For a city not known as a baseball hotbed, the Royals’ championship and this year’s strong draft class are bringing new attention to the city. We talked to Riley about that, as well as the draft and what he likes to do outside of baseball.

For those interested in in video, here it is for your viewing pleasure.
