This pretty pittie is Purl! For over a year, Purl has been battling cancer, but you wouldn’t be able to tell by that face! When news came that her time may be limited, Purl’s mom called me to set up a pet photo session. The goal was to get some photos of Purl smiling and having fun with her siblings, just the way her mom wants to remember her.
As many of you know, we are big animal lovers at Alycat. We believe pets are part of the family and should be included in family photos. So when we got the call that time was of the essence, we made sure to get Purl and her family in front of the camera as quickly as possible. Purl was more than ready for her closeup!

You can tell just how much Purl loves her mom. She sat around with a big smile as her mom dressed her up like a princess. She loved every minute of it.
Purl loves her bones. Even if she can’t eat them all, she’ll never turn one done. She just saves them for later.
