Meet Cheyenne and Ben, an adorably cute couple who recently got engaged! We met Cheyenne several years ago when she she adopted our foster dog, Vanessa. Since then, we have developed this wonderful relationship around doggie play dates and pet sitting. When Cheyenne told us that she and her long time boyfriend, Ben, had gotten engaged, we were so excited! We got even more excited when she asked us to do their photography!
I shot their engagement session just before the holidays at Eno River State Park. It was the perfect day! The sun was out. It wasn’t too cold. The old house and mill were all decorated in garland which gave everything a special feel.
Cheyenne and Ben have this wonderful chemistry. They know how to make each other smile and laugh. There was quite a bit of joking around, some goofy faces. You’ll catch a few of those photos below.
Ben is a very tall guy! He enjoyed reminding Cheyenne of that fact throughout the shoot.
Such an adorable couple!
I had such a great time photographing Cheyenne and Ben together! They are an amazing couple. We’re looking forward to being there for the “I Do”s and celebrating their new life together next year. Be sure to look for Part 2 of their story in 2014!
